Sunday August 14, 2016: I will join with two other authors, M.A. Appleby and Margie DeLong for an afternoon authors’ event at St. Joseph Pinto Vista Vineyard located at 7800 Warner Road, Madison, Ohio. An afternoon of books, fine wine and entertainment by Blue John. 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This event is a benefit for Miracles Among Us, Inc.
Saturday, August 13, 2016: Author M.A. Appleby and I will be featured during a dual author book signing at the Learned Owl Book Shop, 204 North Main Street in Hudson, Ohio. 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
December 4, 2015: Author’s Night at the Red Rooster, 118 Main Street, McCormick, SC. I will join other local authors during this event open to the public. The event is part of the Holiday Art Trot with events throughout the town including the Christmas Lighting of downtown McCormick. 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

November 7, 2014: Authors’ Night at the Red Rooster, 118 South Main Street, McCormick, SC. This event is part of the McCormick Art Trot… four locations, the MACK, Frames Unlimited, the old Cotton Mill and the Red Rooster will be open with art related displays and demonstrations. 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
October 30, 2014: The McCormick Arts Council at the Keturah (MACK) has scheduled the monthly Read and Feed to focus on The Blanket Hill Insurgency. A Read and Feed event includes a meal based on food mentioned in the literary work followed by a discussion by those in attendance about the book. 6:00 PM.

September 20, 2014: I will join with our newly formed McCormick County Authors to meet with readers and sign books at the annual GOLD RUSH – The McCormick Arts Council at the Keturah (MACK) will hold its Annual Silent Auction, as well as sidewalk art activities, youth projects and sales. The MACK Artisan Gallery Shop will feature specialty handcrafted and quality items perfect for the gift-giving season. Come and enjoy a day full of activities in Historic Downtown McCormick, South Carolina from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

July 31, 2014: The community I moved to this past November, McCormick, SC is fortunate to have over a dozen talented authors. After months of working with one of these authors, Ed DeVos, we have been successful in establishing a local authors group that all of the other authors have decided to join. Our kickoff session will be held at the McCormick County Library on this date.

April 14, 2014: The Artisan Guild at the McCormick Arts Council at the Keturah (MACK) juried The Blanket Hill Insurgency accepting me as a member and my novel for inclusion in the gift shop at the MACK.
March 27, 2014: The library at Kent State University informed me that copies of The Blanket Hill Insurgency have been purchased for both placement in circulation and for the University’s Special Collections.
March 13, 2014: I presented at an Author’s Night conducted by the Friends of the Library at the McCormick County Library in McCormick, SC. Attended by 46, a lively discussion concerning society changes during the mid to late sixties occured during a question and answers period. Following the presentation, a book signing was held for The Blanket Hill Insurgency.
